You will define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for critical IT domains such as identity and access management, cloud services, integrations, and enterprise data platforms. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, you will translate complex requirements into scalable product solutions that drive measurable value. The environment is highly collaborative, involving close partnership with engineering, architecture, security, vendors, and business stakeholders. You will also play a key role in driving Agile delivery, product adoption, and continuous improvement across IT products. This position is ideal for a data-driven product leader who thrives in complex, enterprise-scale environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for enterprise IT platforms including cloud services, identity and access management, integrations, and security tools.
  • Translate business needs and technical constraints into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized product backlogs aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Lead product planning and prioritization processes using data insights, stakeholder input, and business value assessment.
  • Act as product owner within Agile teams, guiding sprint execution, clarifying scope, removing blockers, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, security, operations, and vendors to deliver scalable and secure IT solutions on time and within budget.
  • Define and track product KPIs, leveraging analytics to measure performance and inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Drive product adoption and change management through communication strategies, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support procurement processes including RFPs, contract evaluation, and performance oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory standards across all product initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior product managers while contributing to product management best practices and governance frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of product management experience in IT or enterprise technology environments with ownership of complex platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and modern cloud architectures.
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-stakeholder IT initiatives from discovery through production.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams including engineering, architecture, security, and operations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience defining KPIs and using metrics to guide product strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as IAM, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), ITSM, or data platforms is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, or GDPR is a plus.
  • Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $94,500 to $165,300, with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
  • Generous paid time off, including personal days and volunteering opportunities.
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuous professional development support.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan and stock purchase opportunities.
  • Charitable donation matching and employee assistance programs.
  • Inclusive, high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and well-being.
