This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, communications technology, and strategic account leadership, focusing on high-value customers using messaging, voice, and email solutions at scale. You will own and grow complex, global accounts operating in regulated and highly competitive environments. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide consultative sales cycles, uncover expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term customer success. The position requires strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with product, finance, and customer success teams to shape tailored solutions. Operating in a remote-first, fast-paced environment, you will directly impact revenue growth and customer retention across key enterprise accounts.
- Manage and grow strategic and mid-market enterprise accounts, driving revenue expansion across communications products including messaging, voice, and email services
- Develop and execute account strategies focused on revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term customer value
- Lead highly consultative, data-driven sales cycles with enterprise and regulated industry customers
- Identify and convert new revenue opportunities through cross-functional collaboration with product, finance, support, and services teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting to ensure visibility and performance tracking
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing customer strategy and advocating internally for client needs
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and value-based solutions tailored to complex customer requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3+ years in strategic or enterprise account management
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts with responsibility for revenue growth and customer retention
- Strong experience in analytical and consultative sales environments, leveraging data to drive decisions
- Ability to engage and influence both technical and executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and financial performance tracking
- Background in SaaS, CPaaS, PaaS, telecom, or highly technical industries strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
