The Role: Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
This is a true 360 recruitment sales role. You’ll be learning how to win clients, build deep talent networks and place the very best tech specialists into high-impact roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and engage companies needing tech and transformation talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Source, qualify, and place in-demand professionals across specialist tech disciplines.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term client and candidate partnerships.
- Performance Oriented: Consistently meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Who We Want:
- Sales-driven: Experience in target-based roles (B2B, telesales, fundraising etc.)
