Sprague is expanding our commercial footprint from our Eugene branch throughout one of the most dynamic and diverse territories in Oregon—stretching from Salem to Roseburg and over the Cascades to Bend and Redmond. We are seeking a driven, self‑motivated Outside Sales Representative with strong roots or experience in industries like food production, agriculture, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an established yet high‑growth market that includes some of Oregon’s most critical economic regions.

What You’ll DoNew Business Development- Prospect, cold call, and develop new commercial accounts throughout the territory spanning
- Salem → Albany → Corvallis → Eugene → Cottage Grove → Roseburg, and
- over the pass into Bend, Redmond, and Central Oregon industrial clusters
- Target high‑value sectors including:
- Food & beverage production
- Agricultural processors & storage facilities
- Warehousing & distribution hubs
- Logistics corridors (I‑5, Hwy 20, Hwy 97)
- Manufacturing and light‑industrial businesses
- Build and maintain a strong self‑generated pipeline
- Attend regional industry events, agricultural expos, food safety conferences, and trade shows
- Leverage referral networks across agriculture, commercial services, and facility operations
- Conduct onsite facility assessments to identify pest‑risk and operational conditions
- Build tailored proposals based on integrated pest‑management best practices
- Collaborate with Eugene branch leadership, route managers, technicians, and specialty/fumigation teams
- Support RFP responses, multi‑site opportunities, and specialized service bids
- Cultivate long‑term relationships with decision‑makers in essential industries
- Conduct service reviews, identify growth opportunities, and position expanded offerings
- Ensure smooth onboarding through proactive internal communication with service teams
- Work with urgency—Sprague moves fast, and this role is expected to do the same

Compensation & Perks
- Competitive base salary $55,000–$65,000 + uncapped commission

Who We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience
- Preferred backgrounds include: manufacturing, food production, agriculture, logistics, warehouse operations, facility services, or commercial service sales
- Proven hunter mentality with strong territory‑management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Comfortable with regular travel across a multi‑city territory
- Able to meet all pre‑hire screening requirements:
- 5‑year satisfactory MVR
- Background checks (Federal, State, County)
- Employment & education verification
- DOT physical and 5‑panel drug screen
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience in agricultural, industrial, or food‑safety environments
- Pest management or environmental services experience
- CRM fluency (Salesforce a plus)
- High‑energy, assertive, and adaptable to diverse customer environments
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation culture
- Strong ownership mindset—runs the territory like a business
- Emotionally intelligent and able to navigate complex industrial accounts
- Comfortable working independently across a large geographic area, including:
- Salem, Albany, Corvallis, Eugene/Springfield, Junction City, Roseburg, Bend, Redmond, Sisters
