Mechanical Assembler at M & R Printing – Roselle, Illinois

Position Summary:

Assembles, tests, and adjusts mechanical components and subassemblies for screen printing equipment, ensuring precision, functionality, and quality standards are met. Reads blueprints, uses hand and power tools, and performs inspections to support efficient production and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· 1–2 years of mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience, preferred

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings a plus

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

· Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Good communication and teamwork abilities
