Holiday Mechanical AC Services LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Maintenance & Sales Technician to join our growing HVAC team. This is a commission-only, performance-driven role ideal for professionals who are confident working directly with homeowners, performing residential HVAC maintenance, identifying system needs, and converting service and replacement opportunities.

This position is best suited for individuals who thrive in a results-based environment, take ownership of their performance, and understand that trust, education, and quality workmanship are the foundation of long-term customer relationships.

• Maintenance & Inspections

  • Perform residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections

  • Identify mechanical deficiencies, safety concerns, and efficiency issues

  • Accurately document findings and clearly communicate service recommendations

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

  • Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and EPA regulations

• Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Educate homeowners on system condition, performance, and available options

  • Present repair, replacement, and maintenance plan solutions

  • Close approved repairs, system replacements, and service agreements

  • Build strong rapport and long-term customer relationships

  • Meet or exceed individual performance and conversion expectations

• 2+ years of sales experience required; residential HVAC experience strongly preferred

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trust with homeowners

• Comfortable working independently and managing a daily service route

• EPA Certification required

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Professional appearance, strong organization skills, and reliability

• 100% commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
