Job Overview

Boren to Paint LLC is seeking an organized and dependable Project Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial painting projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, materials, crews, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards of craftsmanship.

The Project Manager serves as the key link between clients, field leadership, and internal operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where clear communication and follow-through are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple painting projects simultaneously from kickoff to completion

  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, and materials to keep projects on track

  • Maintain clear communication with clients, field leaders, and ownership

  • Support Foremen and crews with planning, logistics, and problem-solving

  • Monitor job progress, timelines, and quality control standards

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedules or clients

  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with company standards and client expectations

  • Track project details, updates, and changes with accuracy and consistency

  • Represent Boren to Paint professionally with homeowners, builders, and partners

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing or coordinating construction or painting projects

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without details slipping

  • Experience working with field crews and jobsite operations

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • No licenses or certifications required

Work Schedule
