CAC by Design is hiring skilled and motivated Kitchen & Bathroom Remodelers / Tile Setters to join our growing field operations team. This role is ideal for a hands-on trades professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well in occupied homes, and wants to grow within a structured remodeling company. Youll work on residential kitchen and bathroom remodels, performing tile work and supporting various phases of construction while delivering a clean, professional experience for homeowners.

• Perform tile installation for kitchen and bathroom remodel projects, including floors, walls, and showers

• Assist with general remodeling tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall repair, and finish work

• Complete work in occupied residential homes while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and project team members

• Follow company systems, processes, and quality standards on every project

• Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks as needed (experience is a plus)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times

• Use company-supplied tools, equipment, and safety gear properly

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

• 2+ years of experience in residential remodeling, tile setting, or related construction work preferred

• Experience working in customers homes with a strong focus on professionalism and communication

• Ability to follow structured systems and standardized processes

• General knowledge of tile installation methods and tools

• Basic plumbing and electrical experience is helpful but not required

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Good personal hygiene and clean, professional appearance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid drivers license preferred

• $20 $30 per hour, based on experience
