JOB SUMMARY

The Maternal Health Educator supports maternal and child health through outreach, education, and collaboration. This position involves working with individuals and families, as well as community partners, to promote overall well-being and healthy outcomes. The Maternal Health Educator will participate in providing information, support, and coordination of care to individuals engaged in the program, with a focus on maternal health and related community services.

Qualifications

• A Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license to practice in West Virginia is required.
• One (1) year of experience working with pregnant and post-partum individuals preferred.
• Interest in substance use disorder and mental health preferred.
