About the role

Location: This position is based at our modern head office in Vantaa.

We are seeking a Service Sales Coordinator to join our global Marine & Offshore Business Unit for the summer season of 2025. The role is a fixed-term position lasting approximately 3–4 months, with an ideal start date in May 2025.

As a Service Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our international Marine customer base. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating service calls, including scheduling tasks and arranging travel for service teams.
• Preparing quotations for service visits and managing order processing.
• Acting as a primary point of contact in an international customer interface for a defined Marine customer group.

Your main responsibilities:

In this role, you will act as a substitute for Service Sales Coordinators and take ownership of key tasks, including:

• Quoting services for Marine customers and managing incoming customer leads.
• Executing sales activities for defined service pipeline customers, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer orders.
• Coordinating and managing travel arrangements and preparing work orders for field service engineers.
• Collaborating and communicating with global customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service execution.
• Process field reports after services are completed.
