Proposal Coordinator at Ninyo & Moore – Irvine, California

Job Description: Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, has an immediate opening for a Proposal Coordinator to work with our marketing team in San Diego, California (or potentially Irvine, California). The successful candidate will:

• Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
• Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
• Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
• Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
• Assist with various other marketing-related tasks

Desired Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus

Status: Full time, at least 4 days a week in office
