We are seeking a motivated and skilled Apprentice Plumber to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. This role is ideal for someone who is actively working toward their Journeyman Plumber license and wants to grow their career with a professional, customer-focused organization.

Education & Licensing

• Active Apprentice Plumber License (required)

• Currently working toward taking the Journeyman Plumber exam

Experience

• 3+ years of plumbing experience

• Solid understanding of water distribution and waste disposal systems in residential and commercial buildings

Technical Skills

• Experience using plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)

• ServiceTitan experience a plus

• Comfortable using technology such as smartphones, tablets/iPads, and basic computer systems

Additional Requirements

• Ability to pass a P3 background check and drug screening

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work weekends and participate in on-call rotation

• Strong communication skills—able to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with customers, office staff, and field technicians
