- Originates design documents for small projects and supports large programs, including narrative design documents and requirements analysis.
- Leads programming and configuration efforts for complex automation and SCADA applications.
- Authors testing and commissioning procedures, prepares test reports, and conducts factory and field testing.
- Performs troubleshooting on service calls and executes hardware/software upgrades on existing systems.
- Conducts surveys and prepares cost estimates for small projects, assisting in bids and proposals.
- Experience in reading electrical and control schematics and plans.
- Hands-on experience with control system startup, configuration, and calibration.
- Proficient in programming languages such as ladder logic and structured text.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex automation issues.
- Experience with CAD/CAE Software (AutoCAD / EPLAN) and standard office software.
