Associate Sales Representative (Junior/Entry-level)
Location: Must be located in any of the following cities:
Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo, MI, Atlanta, GA or Inlet Beach, FL areas.
Compensation: $40,000 base + quarterly spiff ($100 per closed deal from your booked appointments)
Experience: Recent graduate or ≤2 years of experience

You’ll focus exclusively on lead generation—prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with decision-makers across B2B industries and healthcare sectors. You will not close deals; your mission is to fill Senior Sales calendars with qualified appointments.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to B2B and healthcare decision-makers.
• Research and identify prospects in target markets.
• Qualify leads based on client criteria and business needs.
• Schedule meetings for Senior Sales reps with qualified buyers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track outreach activity.
• Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or up to 2 years of sales/prospecting experience.
• Strong communication skills—comfortable cold calling and emailing.
• Resilient, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Self-starter who is motivated to get results.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
