• DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
  • A member of the health care team who is responsible for directing, modifying and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as supervised by the staff physical therapist.
• QUALIFICATIONS
  • Professional/Educational
    • Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
    • License required.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
    • DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
  • Personal
    • Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.
    • Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.
    • Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
