Summary:

Skilled in web projects and graphic design, the Graphics & Web Specialist will support the marketing team in creating various marketing materials and maintaining the company website and SharePoint.

Reports to: Divisional Controller

What You'll Do:

Graphics & Media Design:
  • Design and create graphics for tradeshows and other promotional purposes (banners, advertisements, and product literature)
  • Capture product photography and edit images using Photoshop
  • Capture and edit videos for promotional and training purposes
  • Create graphics to support sales presentations, collateral, and training material
  • Use AI tools to create marketing assets such as video contents, product images.

Web Management:

  • Update existing and create new corporate webpages on Shopify platform
  • Maintain and integrate third-party plug-ins and other software or tools within the web environment
  • Ensure web pages are SEO friendly as required
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders on website initiatives as needed

Marketing:

  • Analyze ERP, CRM data, and dashboarding.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Post-secondary/University education in Graphic Design or Web Design
  • Experienced in design for web and print, supported by a portfolio of work
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify required
  • Strong HTML, CSS, Javascript, Liquid skills knowledge
  • Expert user of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premier Pro (or equivalent video editing software) in PC environment required
  • Knowledge of website hosting, back-end website development/coding an asset
  • Understanding of photography and videography foundations
  • Knowledge of print process and preparing files for print
  • Demonstrates attention to detail in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint

This is an on-site position, so relocation will be required. Remote work is not supported at this time.
