About the Role:

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and completion of projects within the organization. This position is responsible for supporting project managers by organizing project activities, maintaining schedules, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or project administration roles.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with change order processes and contract management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans using project management software.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes or delays, communicating these updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and document change orders, ensuring proper approvals and integration into the project plan.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation to keep all parties informed.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, and clients to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
  • Support project managers in administrative tasks such as budgeting, procurement, and compliance tracking.
