Medical Front Desk Specialist at Weiss Pediatric Care, LLC – Sarasota, Florida

Our growing Pediatric Medical Practice is hiring a Front Office Specialist who works with other skilled professionals to provide patient-focused care in a warm and caring environment. We are seeking an energetic team member to greet families warmly by phone or in person, assist with patient scheduling/check-ins/check-outs, verify insurance acceptance and perform other necessary tasks. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Checking in/out patients, verifying insurance information, and collecting co-pays
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
• Assisting with various administrative tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and solution driven

• Starting Salary $19+/hour
