  • Monitoring revenue projections and supporting forecasting efforts
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards during contract development
  • Tracking and reporting KPIs including conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention
  • Identifying and developing strategic partnerships to expand market reach
  • Supporting brand awareness initiatives alongside marketing efforts

What you need:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within industrial mechanical or construction
  • Demonstrated track record of generating new business and closing contracts
  • Strong understanding of construction sales cycles, contract negotiation, and project lifecycle management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Additional certifications in Sales, Business Development, or Project Management (a plus)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyze financial data, track revenue performance, and forecast opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Work Environment & Travel:

  • Primarily office-based with regular client visits
  • Frequent travel to client sites, networking events, and industry conferences
  • Occasional exposure to construction or industrial job sites
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift marketing materials during events

  • Comprehensive benefits
  • A leadership team that values accountability and measurable results
  • Clear growth opportunities tied to performance
