We are dnl an AI audit-tech startup building intelligent software for leading audit firms. Our solutions help auditors work through documents faster, more accurately, and with less manual effort.
Were looking for a Professional Practice Team Lead to take ownership of our audit content layer and scale it internationally. This role combines leadership and hands-on contribution. You will lead a team of four Audit Analysts while actively shaping the audit checklists and methodological backbone that power our AI application.
Key responsibilities- You take full responsibility for the development, quality, and continuous improvement of audit checklists across different financial reporting and assurance standards
- You ensure these checklists are translated into structured, scalable content that can be integrated into our AI audit application, forming the foundation of our internationalisation strategy
- You lead and develop a team, providing clear direction, prioritisation, and methodological guidance
- You act as the central interface between customers and Product, ensuring that user feedback is systematically translated into product and methodology improvements
- You take ownership of customer support, ensuring structured, high-quality communication and sustainable solutions
- You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align audit methodology with technical implementation and go-to-market requirements
- You actively shape internal processes and knowledge bases as our customer base grows internationally
- You have substantial exposure to financial audit, including hands-on experience with auditing financial statements
- Experience gathered in a methodology or professional practice department of an audit firm is a strong plus
- You have experience using or developing AI-driven applications for task automation and understand how AI can be translated into practical workflow improvements
- You bring proven people management experience, ideally in dynamic environments, and have built or scaled structures from scratch
- You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset and a strong sense of urgency
- You are structured, analytical, and able to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable frameworks
- You have strong project management skills and know how to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving startup environment
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English (C1+)
