Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Injector at AO Multispecialty Clinic – Augusta, Georgia

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Plastic Surgery practice as a full-time Nurse Injector. In this role, you will perform Botox treatments, support clinical procedures, and deliver a high-quality patient experience in a professional cosmetic setting.

This position is ideal for an RN who combines strong clinical judgment with aesthetic precision and enjoys building long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer Botox injections in accordance with established protocols and best practices.

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, vital signs, and facial anatomy evaluation.

· Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician and aligned with patient goals.

· Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare instructions, potential risks, and benefits to ensure informed consent.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.

· Assist with in-office procedures and support pre- and post-operative patient care as needed.

· Monitor for and appropriately manage complications or adverse reactions.

· Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control standards, and state scope-of-practice regulations.

· Maintain proper storage, handling, and inventory of Botox and related medical supplies.

· Participate in ongoing education and training related to aesthetic and non-surgical treatments.

Experience & Qualifications

· Active and unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.

· Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.

· Prior experience administering Botox in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetic setting preferred.

· Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection technique.

· Experience with patient assessment, vital signs, and clinical documentation.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, polished demeanor appropriate for a cosmetic practice.
