We are currently seeking qualified applicants to work as a Teller at our Wolfforth Branch in Wolfforth, Texas. (M-F 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM; 2 to 3 Saturdays a month 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).

Job Duties:

Essential Job Functions:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service through courteous interactions and timely responses to customer inquiries, both in person and via telephone.
2. Accurately balance currency, coin, and checks in the cash drawer at the end of each shift, and reconcile daily transactions using computers, calculators, or other appropriate devices.
3. Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and ensure the accuracy of deposit slips.
4. Record customer transactions in the bank’s systems and issue computer-generated receipts.
5. Count and prepare currency, coins, and checks for deposit or shipment, utilizing manual or automated counting methods as required.
6. Organize and arrange cash and coins in designated dispensers according to denomination.
7. Resolve account discrepancies and address customer concerns with professionalism and discretion.
8. Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services to meet customer needs.
9. Operate company vehicle to deliver and retrieve documents and packages to and from local branches and other designated locations.
10. Respond to customer account inquiries, following all bank protocols for customer verification and information security.
11. Assist customers with issuing new debit cards and maintaining existing cards.
12. Participate in branch opening and closing procedures assigned.
13. Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
14. Adhere to all security protocols as outlined in the Bank’s Information Security Program.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
