General Liability / Auto Attorney (Insurance Defense) – New York City - Hybrid Remote

With over 45 attorneys and offices in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, we defend a wide range of matters, including liability, toxic tort, products liability, coverage disputes, and healthcare fraud.

• Auto Bodily Injury Litigation
• General Liability

Job duties:

• Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents
• Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
• Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
• Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
• Attend in-person and virtual court appearances

Required:

• NY bar
• Recent insurance defense background
