Job description:

ATA Services, Inc., is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in Vermont’s Long-Term Services and Support Unit and support the nursing staff with their administrative needs.

Pay: $22/hr

Office-based in Waterbury: Must be able to work in the Waterbury, VT State Office Complex building 40 hours/week, M-F (no weekends or state holidays), general office hours are 7:45-4:30 with an unpaid lunch break (30-45 min).

We are looking for someone who:

Is well trained and very knowledgeable with Excel, Microsoft office suite (Outlook email, calendars, teams, etc.) & Adobe.Is a responsive team player and has good communication skillsIs self-motivated and willing to learn and take on new projectsCan update word & PDF adobe documents (making documents accessible, formatting)Can print & mail documents with Protected Health Info, HIPAA compliantHas experience working in electronic medical record or a database is a plusHelping with database cleanup/database corrections, data entry projects in our databaseWebsite experience is a plusMay help to answer phones from the public/fielding phone calls/transferring phone calls
