We are currently recruiting a P&C Intern HR Operations & Administration to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented P&C Intern to join our People & Culture team in Spain (Madrid or Sevilla). This role will primarily support HR Operations & Administration activities, ensuring efficient employee lifecycle management and compliance with Spanish labor regulations within an international corporate environment.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to structured HR processes while collaborating with both local and international stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration of the full employee lifecycle (employment contracts, amendments, renewals, terminations).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HR systems.
- Provide administrative support related to leave management, benefits, and employee documentation requests.
- Support payroll coordination by validating employee data and assisting in monthly HR reporting.
- Contribute to workforce data tracking (headcount, contract types, absences, KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor regulations and internal policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience and Technical Skills
- Strong interest in HR Operations,People Administration, and structured HR processes.
- Basic knowledge of Spanish laborlaw is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office(especially Excel) is a must.
- Fluent in Spanish and strong levelof English (mandatory for international coordination).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is aplus.
