Enrollment Specialist at 160 Driving Academy – Marietta, Georgia

• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process by providing clear and accurate information.
• Assist with branch operations, including managing enrollment paperwork, processing tuition payments, and maintaining student records.
• Support Business Development Specialists (BDS) in achieving branch enrollment goals.
• Ensure an organized workflow by maintaining accurate records and assisting students throughout their training process.
• Contribute to a positive student experience by providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.

• Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage student records and branch operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and guide students through the enrollment process.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a desire to support both students and branch success.
