About the Role:
The Lead Software Engineer is a senior individual contributor who helps define and uphold engineering standards across JSX’s technology organization. This role provides technical leadership through mentorship, architectural guidance, and hands-on development. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. This position also plays a key role in evaluating and implementing practical AI-enabled capabilities that enhance Customer experiences, operational efficiency, and developer productivity.
This role is based at JSX Headquarters in Dallas, TX and is required to be in-office 4 days/week.

Pay & Perks:
Compensation is $135,000 - $150,000/annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
