Job Description:
GDIT's OJP project is currently searching for a dynamic, talented, and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Washington, DC and Falls Church VA. This individual will have Developer role for complex, high visibility IT modernization project utilizing ServiceNow. GDIT is looking for a ServiceNow technical resource to work closely with our client's senior leadership to assist OJP in modernizing their existing Enterprise software ecosystem.

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
- Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.
- Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits.
- Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
- Develop systems integrations and process automation.
- Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows.
- General support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
- Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Provide over all O&M support for all ServiceNow modules and custom applications based on the release schedule.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience with ServiceNow administration/development.
- Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues.
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
- Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow case, incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications.
- Experience in custom application development and workflow automation in ServiceNow.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting CSM Modules specific to customer poral, catalog items and case management workflows.
- Experience in API integration and troubleshoot API issues.
- Experience in IT service management and ITIL best practice implementation.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Good presentation skills and able to interact with the senior executive and managers.
- Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- ITIL v3/v4 Certification.
Contract Requirements:
- Contract Requires US Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Agency specific Public Trust clearance
