We are hiring a Project Coordination Lead, Temporary on 3rd Shift(12am - 8:30am).

What you will do in this position:

  • Project Coordinator Oversight & Quality Assurance
    • Serves as the direct oversight contact for all remote overnight Project Coordinators, monitoring productivity and performance throughout each shift to ensure project tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
    • Reviews Project Coordinator documentation output for accuracy and completeness, including work order assignments, Master Spreadsheet updates, RMA tracking entries, and pre- and post-installation photo reviews.
    • Monitors Project Coordinator check-in/check-out oversight activity to verify that all on-site technician scheduling is being tracked and reported correctly.
    • Identifies and addresses performance gaps, errors, or process deviations in real time, providing corrective guidance to Project Coordinators during overnight shifts.
    • Escalates recurring accuracy issues or productivity concerns to the Supervisor for further action.
    • Tracks and documents Project Coordinator performance metrics and flags any patterns requiring additional training or process clarification.
    • Coordinates with internal teams to ensure Project Coordinators have the resources, access, and instructions needed to execute their responsibilities effectively each shift.
  • Project Support
    • Serve as the primary remote point of contact for on-site technicians throughout each overnight installation via Microsoft Teams

    • Identifies process steps and any other training that may be required for any internal support teams.

    • Communicates activity delays to Supervisor, Project Manager (if applicable) and Account Managers and escalates as needed to ensure project timelines are met.

    • Ensures installers are checking in and checking out from sites as scheduled.

    • Escalates issues preventing store opening with a functional audio system to the appropriate internal and/or external contact.

    • Serve as the primary remote point of contact for on-site technicians throughout each overnight installation via Microsoft Teams.

    • Ensure installers are checking in and checking out from sites as scheduled

  • Document Preparation and Work Orders

    • Performs administrative tasks associated with preparing documentation and assigning work orders to the installers.

    • Ensures equipment's on time delivery.

    • Tracks RMA closures for trade-in equipment and actively monitors equipment return.

    • Confirms installation dates with technicians and customers.

  • Project Deliverables

    • Performs administrative tasks associated with reviewing and processing project deliverables.

    • Updates Master Spreadsheet to ensure project progress.

    • Provides daily report of completed installations with any exceptions requiring actionable items noted and responsible party.

  • Qualifications
    • Professional aptitude.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows across a remote team.
    • Attention to detail - you will be reviewing photos, documentation, and temp worker output for accuracy on every job.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Sense of urgency to meet deadlines and keep overnight shift activity on track.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve team performance or process issues in real time.
    • Demonstrated ability to oversee, direct, and provide feedback to remote workers in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as network ports and IP-based systems.
    • Advanced MS Skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), including collaborative use of shared spreadsheets and documentation tools.
    • Proactive and flexible to changing priorities, with the ability to re-direct team focus as project needs shift overnight.
    • Comfortable working overnight hours and leading a remote team during non-traditional shifts.
  • Experience: 2+ years

  • Education: High School Diploma - Preferred
