About This Position

Remote Lead Customer Success Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will own the Customer Lifecycle for a set of Strategic accounts, starting from onboarding and implementation, and extending to adoption and renewals. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor will be crucial. Collaborating closely with the Sales Team, you'll help fulfill customer objectives and ensure that clients gain maximum business value from our services.
Accountabilities
  • Monitor the customer life cycle to ensure mutual success for the customer and the company.
  • Demonstrate technical aptitude to address customer inquiries directly or assign to appropriate resources.
  • Successfully onboard customers and drive full adoption and utilization of services.
  • Utilize tools to measure customer experience and take timely actions.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to help them realize their definition of success.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team members to ensure effective execution of customer success plans.
  • Facilitate business review meetings, training, webinars, and strategic interactions.
Requirements
  • Significant experience working with customer success platforms like Gainsight & Salesforce.
  • Experience in implementing new processes in customer success.
  • Background in workforce development, skills-based learning, or EdTech.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or related fields.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge related to development and IT solutions.
