• Design and enhance analytics dashboards that provide actionable insights to improve ecommerce performance and user engagement
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns in user behavior and identify opportunities for optimization
• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to support real-time and scalable analytics solutions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop data-driven features and iterate on prototypes
• Translate complex data findings into clear, business-focused insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support product research initiatives by providing data analysis and contributing to experimentation processes
• Develop reporting tools that enable cross-functional teams to monitor performance and make informed decisions

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in BI tools, including dashboard creation and data analysis for diverse audiences
• Advanced skills in SQL and experience with Python for data analysis, including libraries such as pandas and visualization tools
• Solid understanding of exploratory data analysis and statistical concepts
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark, Hive, or Databricks
• Ability to think critically about data and translate it into valuable insights for business decision-making
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data-driven product environments
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and tools such as ClickHouse, Cube.js, Docker, and Git is a plus
• Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback
