You will lead enterprise-wide vendor partnerships while shaping performance frameworks that improve efficiency, accountability, and return on investment across revenue cycle operations.
Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will define strategic goals, evaluate external solutions, and ensure alignment between vendor performance and organizational priorities.
The role requires strong leadership across teams and deep expertise in contract negotiation, vendor governance, and performance optimization.
You will play a key role in modernizing processes through technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
The environment is highly collaborative and complex, with significant impact on financial performance and operational effectiveness.
Overall, you will drive enterprise-level transformation by ensuring vendor partnerships deliver measurable and sustainable value.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide vendor partnership strategy across approximately 125 vendors, ensuring alignment with revenue cycle and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement performance tracking frameworks to monitor vendor outcomes, ROI, and strategic impact.
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle and executive leaders to define goals, priorities, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendor solutions that enhance automation, technology adoption, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms and long-term value creation for the organization.
  • Oversee vendor governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across partnerships.
  • Manage, develop, and coach high-performing teams, including managers, with strong focus on accountability and succession planning.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, ensuring disciplined financial oversight and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle, healthcare operations, consulting, or performance-driven enterprise environments.
  • At least 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-level initiatives involving strategy, vendor management, and performance improvement.
  • Proven experience managing managers or leading large, cross-functional teams at a senior leadership level.
  • Strong expertise in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management at an enterprise scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate ROI, performance metrics, and operational efficiency across complex systems.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare technology, automation, and performance optimization solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and decision-making capabilities in complex environments.
  • Master’s degree preferred in a related field (Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or similar).
