Warehouse Associate/ Deliver Driver

• $18.00-$19.00/hour • Temp-to-Hire

About This Opportunity

This role combines warehouse operations with delivery responsibilities. The associate will handle HVAC materials, manage inventory, prepare orders, and deliver products to customers using a pickup truck and occasional trailer.

Bonus Opportunity

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $18.00-$19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Start: ASAP

Pre Employment Requirements

• Drug Screen Required
• Background Check Required
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Client Interview Required

Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive and inspect incoming HVAC materials
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders
• Perform basic equipment upkeep
• Follow warehouse safety protocols

Delivery Duties:

• Plan delivery routes
• Load and secure materials
• Deliver to customers safely and on time
• Provide professional customer service on-site

Work Environment and Dress Code

• Driving and material handling required
• Mix of warehouse and field work
• Dress Code: Company provided shirts, Jeans and Steel- toe boots

• Warehouse experience
• Safe driving ability (no CDL required)
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to move materials and perform physical work
