This senior commercial marketing role is focused on driving measurable revenue impact through strategic demand generation and account-led growth initiatives. You will own the end-to-end marketing contribution to enterprise pipeline, ensuring strong alignment with sales and revenue operations to accelerate deal velocity and conversion. Operating in a fast-scaling SaaS environment, you will shape and execute ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts across complex B2B buying cycles. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution across marketing, data, and sales enablement. You will be accountable for building a scalable revenue marketing engine that delivers predictable growth and clear ROI. Working in a remote-first, high-growth environment, you will influence senior stakeholders and help define how marketing directly contributes to commercial success.
- Own enterprise marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets in close partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations teams, ensuring consistent delivery against commercial goals
- Design and execute account-based marketing and demand generation strategies focused on high-value enterprise accounts and complex buying groups
- Drive full-funnel performance, from engagement and lead progression to opportunity creation and closed-won revenue outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership on account selection, pipeline prioritisation, campaign timing, and deal acceleration strategies
- Lead optimisation of funnel performance using data insights, including pipeline velocity, conversion rates, attribution, and engagement metrics
- Ensure marketing technology, CRM systems, and intent data infrastructure support accurate reporting, targeting, and scalable revenue generation
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B revenue marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation within complex enterprise sales environments
- Proven track record of delivering measurable, attributable pipeline and revenue impact against senior commercial targets
- Strong understanding of funnel economics and revenue metrics including CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and attribution modelling
- Hands-on experience building and scaling revenue marketing engines across CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, and intent data tools
- Proficiency with platforms such as HubSpot and sales intelligence tools such as Gong or equivalent systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Sales, Revenue Operations, and senior leadership teams
- A player-coach mindset with the ability to operate strategically while executing tactically when needed in fast-moving environments
