This role is a senior leadership position responsible for strengthening cybersecurity across global manufacturing and supply chain environments within a highly regulated, enterprise-scale organization. You will act as a strategic security partner embedded within supply chain and technology teams, ensuring that cybersecurity is integrated into all operational and innovation initiatives. The position combines technical expertise, risk management, and leadership, with a strong focus on protecting IT and OT environments across multiple manufacturing sites and application ecosystems. You will drive the development of cybersecurity roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and security capabilities that enable safe and compliant business operations. Working cross-functionally with global stakeholders, you will influence security standards, improve resilience, and support secure digital transformation. This is a high-impact role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution in a complex industrial environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide early engagement with project and supply chain teams to embed cybersecurity requirements into programs and ensure secure execution from design to delivery.
  • Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments across IT and OT manufacturing environments, identifying vulnerabilities and defining mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity capability roadmaps for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
  • Oversee remediation efforts by coordinating with ISRM, business, and technology teams to address identified security risks.
  • Establish and maintain cybersecurity analytics and reporting to monitor security posture across sites, applications, and operational systems.
  • Support incident response activities in collaboration with SOC teams, ensuring effective investigation and resolution of security events.
  • Ensure compliance with global cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST and ISA/IEC 62443, across supply chain operations.
  • Act as a liaison for audit activities, supporting assessments and driving remediation of findings across business and technical teams.
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness and adoption across manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders globally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership or execution roles, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity design, architecture, or implementation across enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT/OT environments, manufacturing systems, and supply chain applications.
  • Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and related compliance standards.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels globally.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risks, mitigation strategies, and security technologies.
  • Experience managing teams and driving security programs in complex, distributed environments.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $122,000 to $212,750 annually.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan including 401(k) and pension eligibility.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
  • Parental, caregiver, and family leave programs supporting work-life balance.
  • Life, disability, and additional insurance coverage options.
  • Volunteer time off and employee wellness benefits.
  • Inclusive and flexible work environment within a global organization.
