Integrations Consultant

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Integrations Consultant in France.

In this role, you will take the lead in delivering high-impact integration projects for enterprise clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the implementation journey. You will work closely with customers to design and execute seamless integrations between HR systems, ensuring alignment with their business goals and technical environments. As a key member of a growing EMEA team, you will have the opportunity to shape best practices, influence processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end integration projects, managing technical requirements, timelines, and delivery for enterprise customers
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR system integrations, particularly in aligning platform configurations with existing customer infrastructures
  • Advise clients on best practices, technical architecture, and configuration strategies to ensure successful implementations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to drive project success
  • Build strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary technical advisor and advocate throughout the integration lifecycle
  • Support change management efforts by guiding customers through transitions and ensuring adoption of new systems and processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, tools, and integration processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing effectively to meet both customer and business needs
  • Provide clear documentation, reporting, and communication to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering and managing integrations with Workday Core HCM, including end-to-end project ownership
  • Strong understanding of HRIS and enterprise HCM systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Solid technical background with experience in integration design, APIs, and troubleshooting complex systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong customer-facing experience, with a consultative mindset and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality outcomes
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to challenges
  • Experience in change management and guiding customers through system transitions
  • Data-driven approach, using metrics and insights to inform decisions and measure success
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
