You will join a high-performance, distributed engineering environment focused on building advanced analytics and internal tooling systems for large-scale, data-intensive products. In this role, you will work on complex, high-visibility initiatives where frontend architecture, data visualization, and accessibility are critical to success. Your work will focus on building robust, scalable React-based interfaces that transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with global backend and product teams, contributing to end-to-end system understanding and high-trust engineering execution. This is a role for a senior engineer who thrives in ambiguity, reduces friction in delivery, and raises the overall engineering bar. You will help shape human-centered, data-driven interfaces used in high-stakes decision-making environments.

You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance frontend systems that power analytics and internal tools at scale:

• Design and implement complex, data-heavy UI components and dashboards using React and TypeScript
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions with minimal supervision
• Ensure high reliability and quality through strong testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Validate and audit complex datasets from GraphQL and REST APIs to ensure accuracy in analytical outputs
• Build accessible, human-centric interfaces with a strong focus on usability and long-term maintainability
• Collaborate with backend engineers to support end-to-end debugging and full-stack traceability
• Leverage modern tools, including AI-assisted development, while maintaining strong architectural ownership and code quality standards
• Contribute to improving engineering velocity, reducing ambiguity, and strengthening frontend system design practices

You are a highly experienced frontend engineer with strong technical depth, autonomy, and a proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, US-aligned environments:

• 6+ years of professional experience as a frontend engineer in senior-level roles
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript, including hooks, state management (Redux/Context), and advanced typing patterns
• Strong experience building scalable frontend architectures for complex, data-driven applications
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and E2E testing (Jest, RTL, Cypress)
• Strong experience working with GraphQL and REST APIs, especially handling large and complex datasets
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and translate requirements into structured solutions
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2), with experience collaborating with US-based stakeholders
• Familiarity with backend systems such as Node.js, NestJS, or PHP/Laravel for better full-stack understanding
• Strong systems thinking and architectural awareness in frontend design
• Nice to have: experience with data visualization tools (D3.js, Highcharts), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and Figma workflows
