Position Description: What You'll Do

Dual-Function Operations Leadership Keep the physical jobsite running safely and efficiently while actively defending Anvil's information systems and network infrastructure. This unique role blends hands-on facilities management with frontline cybersecurity support.

Facilities & Grounds Excellence Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, vehicles, and grounds. Manage work orders, coordinate with outside contractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure the campus is always secure, accessible, and ready for business.

IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Support Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; support network and server hardware upgrades; manage onboarding and offboarding processes; and actively participate in closing cybersecurity assessment action items and educating users on network changes.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in facilities maintenance, IT support, or a combination of both
Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
Facilities Skills: Hands-on proficiency with hand/power tools; working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, automotive, and building maintenance
IT Skills: Foundational knowledge of computer systems, networking, and data communications security
Software: Microsoft Office Suite; ability to install, configure, and update security software and firewalls
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Essential Requirements

Workstation and network troubleshooting expertise
Familiarity with patch management practices and network programs
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to perform work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Physical Requirements

Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb ladders, reach, and crawl to maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds
Must be able to perform work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and moving throughout facilities
Able to sit/stand, type, perform computer work, and manage incoming communications for extended periods
Frequent use of hands and fingers for both manual tools and computer entry
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
