• Lead end-to-end product development, from identifying high-impact problems to delivering scalable enterprise solutions
• Conduct direct customer discovery with healthcare stakeholders to define meaningful, outcome-driven product strategies
• Design and prototype workflow-centric solutions, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and validation
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure products are scalable, compliant, and operationally reliable
• Drive product launches, adoption, and performance measurement, ensuring alignment with business and customer goals
• Build deep expertise in enterprise healthcare environments, including compliance, integrations, and stakeholder dynamics
• Design intuitive, high-utility interfaces that reduce friction and improve efficiency in clinical and operational workflows
• Own product decisions, proactively resolving blockers and maintaining execution momentum
• Align product initiatives with revenue goals, pricing strategies, and enterprise sales motions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, including experience with complex B2B SaaS products
• At least 2 years of experience in enterprise healthcare technology or related domains
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, including compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and data governance requirements
• Experience working with integrations such as APIs, FHIR, and HL7 standards
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship products end-to-end, with evidence of hands-on prototyping or technical involvement
• Familiarity with AI tools for product development, experimentation, and workflow optimization
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes and ROI
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
• High level of autonomy, problem-solving ability, and execution focus in complex environments
• Technical background or prior engineering experience is strongly preferred
