About the Role:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our establishment, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role requires a strong leader who can manage kitchen staff, develop innovative menus, and maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment. The Executive Chef will also be tasked with controlling food costs and inventory, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, this position involves collaborating with other departments to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Ultimately, the Executive Chef will play a crucial role in enhancing the reputation of our establishment through exceptional culinary offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in menu development and cost control.
  • Familiarity with various cuisines and dietary restrictions.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and design creative menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
