Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality programs and ensure materials and production meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations. This role is responsible for maintaining quality systems, leading teams, supporting operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Quality Control Manager, You Will:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards
• Ensure materials meet state, regulatory, and industry requirements
• Maintain accurate testing records, certifications, and quality documentation
• Supervise and support quality control personnel across multiple locations
• Coordinate material testing, inspections, and equipment calibration
• Troubleshoot product and material issues and implement corrective actions
• Partner with production, dispatch, and sales to ensure product consistency
• Address customer concerns and resolve quality-related issues
• Analyze quality and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Skills/Requirements:

• 5+ years of quality management experience with prior hands-on QA technician experience
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, testing, and regulatory standards
• Ability to build relationships with inspectors, teams, and cross-functional partners
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience working in plant, field, and production environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead quality initiatives
• Valid drivers license required

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certifications (Preferred)
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician-Grade I
• NECEPT Concrete Field Certification
• NECEPT Aggregate Technician Certification
• PennDOT Plant Certification
