Customer Service Representative at SAFE SITE UTILITY SERVICES LLC – Glendale, Arizona

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

· Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner

· Monitor email

· Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and escalate issues as needed

· Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce or other systems

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests

· Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

· Adapt quickly to changing processes, systems, and customer needs

· Deliver a positive customer experience aligned with company standards

· Previous experience in a phone-centric customer service role required

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Ability to adapt to change and shifting priorities

· Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred

· Construction, utility locating, or related industry knowledge is a strong plus

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.00/hour DOE
