In this role, you will be part of a high-performing Service Continuity environment focused on monitoring, triaging, and resolving operational and client-facing system issues within a complex healthcare technology ecosystem. You will act as a key coordination point between technical teams, ensuring that incidents and anomalies are quickly identified, properly classified, and efficiently resolved. The position involves hands-on troubleshooting, workflow management, and continuous collaboration across engineering, operations, and client-facing teams. You will also contribute to improving operational processes and enhancing system reliability through data-driven insights and structured documentation. This is a highly collaborative role where your work directly supports service continuity and customer success in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. It offers strong exposure to cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale healthcare systems.
- Monitor, triage, and coordinate the resolution of client and system issues affecting operational workflows and data exchange processes
- Investigate incidents, assign ownership, track resolution progress, and ensure timely communication across stakeholders
- Support configuration tasks and troubleshooting activities to enable client use cases and resolve processing failures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, account management, and implementation
- Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting playbooks
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and service continuity
- Participate in status meetings, reporting activities, and operational performance tracking
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a technology, healthcare, or information exchange environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments is preferred
- Strong IT support and application troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with EDI X12 transactions and healthcare data exchange concepts
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Exposure to file transfer protocols and basic scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive workflows to completion
