  • Collaborate with internal teams and leverage cross-functional resources to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy and positioning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related scientific field

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for at least 3 years
  • Strong understanding of life sciences research environments and customer needs across academic, biotech, or government sectors
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and building long-term customer relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to develop strategic territory plans and execute independently in a field-based role
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) and/or laboratory experience is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $130,000 – $160,000
  • On-target earnings (base + commission) of $210,000 – $240,000 annually, with performance-based upside
  • Sales incentive compensation program based on individual performance
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage

  • Additional wellness, development, and employee support programs
  • Inclusive benefits package designed to support overall health and work-life balance.
