Position Summary
AIRTEC, Inc is currently seeking candidates interested in a Chief Commercial Officer position that will provide AIRTEC’s commercial operations with the capabilities and strategies that will help ensure future business success.
The CCO develops strategies to attain short- and long-term financial and operational goals. Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's commercial operational policies, objectives, initiatives. Directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth. Executes multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals.
Responsibilities include working closely with our CEO and/or corporate operations team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
Ultimately, the CCO duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Essential Functions
Responsible for driving growth, strategic development, and expansion of AIRTEC’s business:
- Growth and Business Development: Identify and develop organic growth opportunities, new programs, and strategic relationships across government and commercial markets.
- Strategic Transactions: Evaluate and support execution of acquisitions, partnerships, affiliations, and other strategic initiatives involving aviation and adjacent sectors, including Part 121, Part 135, Part 145, and related capabilities.
- Group Coordination: Coordinate growth initiatives with broader Priority 1 group strategy and leadership priorities.
- Operational Integration: Support alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution to ensure scalable growth.
- Communication: Represent the Company in internal and external forums and ensure alignment across leadership on growth priorities.
- Other Duties: Perform such other executive duties as may be reasonably assigned.
Given the breadth of opportunities being pursued, the CCO may be assigned additional responsibilities within the Company or its affiliates consistent with your executive role.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic and tactical operations plans.
- Establish performance metrics and monitor key operational KPIs.
- Leads organization in identifying and negotiating acquisitions.
- Manage all operating and capital budgets in close coordination with senior staff.
- Ensures that all company operations comply with federal, state, local, and/or company policies and regulations.
- Prepare all required reports and correspondence.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MS/MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Travel
- 25%-50% Domestic and International travel may be required.

- Ability to work in a variety of physical conditions.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
