Key Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer and other light equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform grading, material movement, and site preparation
• Assist with excavation, layout, and setting of headstones
• Support crew with manual labor including raking, shoveling, and cleanup
• Follow site plans, layout lines, and supervisor direction
• Maintain awareness of grade tolerances and finish requirements
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Adhere to all company safety policies and jobsite protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating skid steer or similar equipment
• Ability to perform both equipment operation and physical labor
• Experience with grading and finish work preferred
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices
• Ability to follow direction and work effectively within a crew

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on cemetery or headstone installation projects
• Familiarity with fine grading and precision work
• Basic knowledge of site layout and elevations Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Capable of bending, standing, and performing manual labor for extended periods
