Senior Project Engineer (Electrical and Data Entry)

About the Role

Halo Technical Solutions Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer for Quality to support our third-party QA/QC operations on a major project in Sparks, NV. In this role, you will be working closely with the electrical subcontractor, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance across all electrical systems and installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quality reviews of electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate and schedule QA/QC activities in collaboration with the electrical subcontractor team.
• Utilize and manage quality and construction software platforms, including CXAlloy, BIM 360, ACC, and Power BI.
• Review and work with 3D and 2D construction models.
• Support asset tracking, documentation, and structured reporting for quality activities.
• Maintain a highly structured and organized approach to project coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Extremely computer savvy, with proven experience using:
• CXAlloy
• Power BI
• Microsoft Visio
• BIM 360
• ACC
• Strong skills in data analysis and visual reporting.
• Experience coordinating QA/QC activities and scheduling in a construction or industrial environment.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or similar field (not required).
• Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
