This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping how enterprise strategy and organizational change are communicated across a large, complex organization. You will lead a team of communications professionals embedded in key business priorities, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with operational execution and transformation goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will influence how strategies are translated into meaningful narratives that drive alignment and engagement. This role operates at the intersection of communications, change management, and enterprise strategy. You will also play a key part in modernizing communications practices by improving workflows, tools, and measurement approaches. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide strategic communications support while building scalable systems, frameworks, and a high-performing team that enhances clarity, alignment, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of strategic communications business partners aligned to major enterprise initiatives
- Define and evolve the operating model for the strategic communications function across the organization
- Translate enterprise strategy and transformation priorities into clear, audience-specific communications
- Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across leadership, internal channels, and organizational touchpoints
- Develop audience segmentation and channel strategies to improve reach, clarity, and engagement
- Advise and partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership communications and enterprise messaging
- Build scalable communications frameworks, playbooks, and workflows to support repeatable execution
- Drive adoption of improved communication cadences across leadership forums and organizational channels
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance communication effectiveness through data, insights, and emerging technologies
The ideal candidate brings deep corporate communications experience, strong leadership capability, and a proven ability to support enterprise transformation in complex, fast-moving environments.
- 13+ years of experience in corporate or enterprise communications
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing communications teams
- Experience designing and executing measurable communications strategies tied to business outcomes
- Strong background supporting enterprise transformation, change management, and strategic initiatives
- Ability to influence and advise senior leaders and stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Strong expertise in narrative development, audience strategy, and multi-channel communications planning
- Operational mindset with the ability to build scalable processes, tools, and frameworks
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive annual salary range of $144,000 to $173,000 USD
