Accountabilities:

You will lead global teams responsible for test planning, automation, performance validation, release readiness, and quality governance across the SDLC. You will establish and enforce quality metrics, risk-based testing frameworks, and performance standards that drive consistent, data-driven decision-making. You will oversee release quality gates, defect management processes, and overall go/no-go readiness for production deployments. You will partner closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to design scalable automation frameworks, optimize testing processes, and enhance system reliability and performance. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across all product delivery teams.

Requirements:

You bring 15+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test engineering, or related disciplines, including at least 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing global, multi-level teams. You have deep expertise in test automation frameworks, performance engineering, SDLC optimization, and release management in Agile/Lean environments. You possess strong technical understanding of modern software systems, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale quality engineering strategies. You are highly skilled in executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing across engineering, product, and compliance functions. You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to lead high-performing teams through complex, high-stakes environments. A background in healthcare technology or regulated industries is a plus, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus eligibility (up to $329,132 range depending on experience and location)
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Paid holidays and generous time-off policies
  • Bonus and incentive compensation opportunities
  • Remote work flexibility across the United States or Ireland
  • Leadership development and career growth opportunities in a global organization
  • Inclusive, equity-driven workplace culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Exposure to advanced healthcare technology and large-scale enterprise systems
