Are you looking for acollaborative role that allows you to engage with multiple departments whilecontributing to a supportive, low-turnover team that values professional growth?If so, the Health Sciences Center (HSC) at the University of New Mexico has anexciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join ouradministrative team. In this key role, you will provide comprehensive supportto HSC executives and administrators, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operationswhile also contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating complex travelarrangements• Assisting in the preparation of annual and mid-year budget reviews
• Managing office purchases andtracking expenses• Scheduling executive calendars, retreats, workshops, and events
• Serving as BuildingCoordinator for the Health Sciences &Services Building (HSSB), managingmaintenance communications, AED weekly/monthly monitoring and overseeinginventory
• Reserving and coordinatinguse of conference rooms and complex schedules for parking reservations
• Preparing and editingsensitive or confidential correspondence and reports
• Processing payroll formultiple departments• Researching and interpreting university, state, andfederal policies
• Writing and updating StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs)
• Managing daily officeoperations and supporting special initiatives
• Facilitating meetings andcoordinating logistics for internal and external events
• Compiling and analyzing data,generating internal reports and supporting leadership communications
• Assisting in the preparationof high-quality departmental presentations using advanced Microsoft PowerPointskills
